The three point hitch mounted model plow requires a hyd. top link cylinder for proper operation. It goes in place of the rigid top link and allows the plow to be adjusted so it can follow the terrain of the ground.

Waterway Plow
The waterway plow includes the fabric curtain. This allows the fabric to go through the chute without rubbing against it self. The non woven material that most NRCS offices spec is a felt like texture and can drag when it rubs against itself.
